ENTRANCE ANTIPHON:

Proclaim a joyful sound and let it be heard; proclaim to the ends of the earth: the Lord has freed his people, alleluia.

FIRST READING: Acts 10:25-26, 34-35, 44-48.

RESPONSORIAL PSALM: Psalm 98.

RESPONSE: The Lord has shown his deliverance to the nations.

1. O sing a new song to the Lord, for he has worked wonders. His right hand and his holy arm have brought salvation. ℟

2. The Lord has made known his salvation, has shown his deliverance to the nations. He has remembered his merciful love and his truth for the house of Israel. ℟

3. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. Shout to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song, and sing out your praise. ℟

SECOND READING: 1 John 4:7-10.

GOSPEL ACCLAMATION:

Alleluia, alleluia.

If a man loves me, he will keep my word, says the Lord; and my Father will love him, and we will come to him.

Alleluia.

GOSPEL: John 15:9-17.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER:

My Jesus,

I believe that you are present

in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all things,

and I desire to receive You in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment

receive You sacramentally,

come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there

and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

COMMUNION ANTIPHON:

If you love me, keep my commandments, says the Lord, and I will ask the Father and he will send you another Paraclete, to abide with you for ever, alleluia.
