ENTRANCE ANTIPHON:

How worthy is the Lamb who was slain,

to receive power and divinity,

and wisdom and strength and honour.

To him belong glory and authority for ever and ever.

FIRST READING: Daniel 7:13-14.

RESPONSORIAL PSALM: Psalm 93.

RESPONSE: The Lord reigns; he is robed in majesty.

1. The Lord is king, with majesty enrobed.

The Lord has robed himself with might;

he has girded himself with power. ℟

2. The world you made firm, not to be moved;

your throne has stood firm from of old.

From all eternity, O Lord, you are. ℟

3. Truly your decrees are to be trusted.

Holiness is fitting to your house,

O Lord, until the end of time. ℟

SECOND READING: Revelation 1:5-8.

GOSPEL ACCLAMATION:

Alleluia, alleluia!

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!

Blessed is the kingdom of our father David that is coming!

Alleluia.

GOSPEL: John 18:33-37.

COMMUNION ANTIPHON:

The Lord sits as King forever.

The Lord will bless his people with peace.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER:

My Jesus,

I believe that you are present

in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all things,

and I desire to receive You in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment

receive You sacramentally,

come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there

and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.
