ENTRANCE ANTIPHON:

Be my protector, O God, a mighty stronghold to save me. For you are my rock, my stronghold! Lead me, guide me, for the sake of your name. FIRST READING: Leviticus 13:1-2, 44-46.

RESPONSORIAL PSALM: Psalm 32.

RESPONSE:

You are a hiding place for me; you surround me with cries of deliverance.

1. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is remitted. Blessed the man to whom the Lord imputes no guilt, in whose spirit is no guile. ℟

2. To you I have acknowledged my sin; my guilt I did not hide. I said, ‘I will confess my transgression to the Lord’. And you have forgiven the guilt of my sin. ℟

3. Rejoice in the Lord, exult you just! Ring out your joy, all you upright of heart! ℟

SECOND READING: 1 Corinthians 10:31-11:1

GOSPEL ACCLAMATION:

Alleluia, alleluia! A great prophet has arisen among us, and God has visited his people. Alleluia.

GOSPEL: Mark 1:40-45.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER:

My Jesus,

I believe that you are present

in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all things,

and I desire to receive You in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment

receive You sacramentally,

come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there

and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

COMMUNION ANTIPHON:

They ate and had their fill, and what they craved the Lord gave them; they were not disappointed in what they craved
